CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. ShopAle.store provides 'Peace Of Mind' tracking for every order. Once you've placed you order, we will start to process your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, the system will automatically send you an email with your order tracking number to allow you to track your order. :)

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
ShopAle.store strives to provide top notch e-commerce experience and we make sure our customers are happy with our product and services. Mistake may happen and we're sorry to hear that! If that happens, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page with your order number, details and photo of your product/issue. Our Customer Care team will look into it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our Returns Policy is 30 days. If for any reason you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days, starting from the day you received your order.

Please Note: Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return items will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Please note that returns will be made at the customer's own cost. Refund will be made only to the original means of the credit card used during the purchase.
