Coronavirus Update: Hello! Due Covid-19 Pandemic, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world. Thank you for your patience!

 

CAN I STILL MAKE AN ORDER?

Yes. Right now, we are still shipping orders worldwide.

We are working with our distribution network to ensure all orders are handled with the upmost care, and whilst we are working from home, We are working around the clock to ensure our best is done to get orders to our customers.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

To ensure that our global ShopAle Family has no unnecessary worry or panic at this unpredictable time, we have expanded our Returns Policy to 30 days permanently as we appreciate some of our ShopAle Family members may have difficulty in returning items to us for an exchange. If you have any concerns, please contact us here.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE? (Below Is Our Normal Shipping Times)
ShopAle.store has partnerships with various manufacturers, to provide you with the best quality products at the lowest prices. In order to achieve this, we ship directly from the partner manufacturers. The normal estimated shipping time for USA orders is 12-20 business days. For International orders please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
ShopAle.store ship Internationally and we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders! No minimum is required to qualify for free shipping :)

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. ShopAle.store provides 'Peace Of Mind' tracking. Once you've placed you order, our warehouse team will start processing your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will automatically send you an email with your order's tracking number to allow you to track your order. :)

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
ShopAle.store strives to provide top notch e-commerce experience and we make sure our customers are happy with our product and services. Mistake may happen and we're sorry to hear that! If that happens, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the Contact Us page with your order number, details and photo of your product/issue. Our Customer Care team will look into it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our Returns Policy is 30 days. If for any reason you would like to return your item to us for a refund, please contact us within 7 days, starting from the day you received your order. Please Note: Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return items will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Please note that returns will be made at the customer's own cost.
