RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 
1: The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
2: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
3: Send us a photo of the product first. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging. 
4: Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. 

Shipping Back To Us
To return your product, you should email us first with a photo of the product and we will instruct you on where to send it. Email Form

*NOTE: ShopAle.store is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time with your bank before a refund is posted, or reflects in your bank account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us!

Exchange Refund for our Store Credit Or Money back.
If you are eligible for refund, you can choose to receive your refund in a form of Store Credit or choose money back. Restocking fees may apply. (That is, we will deduct the shipping cost we covered to get your ordered product shipped to you) 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier's address.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Accidents happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. 

CUSTOMS / INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your countries. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
