Returns & Exchanges Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction so we look forward to assisting our customers every way we can, and we do our very best to respond to support emails within 48 hours.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days after receiving your purchase (counting from the first day of the system's confirmed receipt). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We always do our best to take care of our customers. Our philosophy is to deal with customers fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.

General Terms
For all situations including that the outfits don't fit, ShopAle will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, stain-free unused, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all original garment tags in place, within 30 days of the delivery of your item(s).

*Please do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Otherwise no refund will be given! Contact our Customer Support team first at support@shopale.store for further return procedures on what address to send the return item(s). The return address is in Espoo, Finland.

*Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items?
Please note that due to hygiene reasons and concerns, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Double check that the items you wish to return do not fall under this list.

Exchanges Or Refunds For Our Store Credit Or Money Back
ShopAle handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying our dear customers. We are happy with our product collections that we sell and we stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them too. That's why we focus on delivering high quality products. However, accidents happen or product defects may slip through quality control checks and passed on to the customer. If that happens, we will replace the item free of charge.

Refunds
All refunds are in the form of ShopAle store credits or money-back refund. Cash will be refunded to your original account of your payment. (Requests for refunds to other credit cards/banking accounts for any reason will not be accepted.

It's important to note that your shipping costs are not covered by ShopAle when sending back your return item(s), and we are unable to provide shipping labels. Remember to send us an email telling us the item that needs to be returned or exchanged and get the return address before you ship it. Also, you need to include your item order number and give us the tracking number of the registered mail item you are sending back.

No refunds will be issued for those who cannot provide a tracking number.
When we receive your returned item(s) and determine that they are in returnable condition, (stain-free, new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with all original garment tags in place), refunds or exchanges will begin.

Starting A Return Or Exchange
Please note that the whole returns process may take up to 4 weeks. To start your return, please contact our Customer Support team first by sending us an email stating the product you wish to return or exchange. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Shipping The Product Back To Us
Do not return the package to the address on the waybill, that is not the return address. Do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer. Contact us first by email about the item you wish to return, and we will email you the return address.

NOTE: ShopAle is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit when sending your item back to us. Please use a registered mail for your return item, and email us the tracking number of your item. Keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping item(s) back to us.

For products with quality problems, we will take a full refund/partial refund, if you don't want to send it back and get a refund, you may need to provide us with a picture of the product for store credit.

*Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by us.

Order Cancellations (Only Within 24 Hours)
Cancellation is accepted within 24 hour of placing your order. Do contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours if for any reason you wish to cancel your order.

If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately it is too late to cancel, your order is being processed and shipped to you.

Cancellation Refunds
Cancellation refunds are usually returned within 5 days via the original method of payment. (Requests for refunds to other credit cards/banking accounts for any reason will not be accepted). In some cases, cancellation refunds are possible even within 24 hours if you paid via PayPal.

Exchanges
Each product can be exchanged for free once. If you want to change to a more expensive product, you need to pay the difference; if the replacement is less expensive than the original, we’ll refund the difference back to you in the form of store credits that you can use on your next purchase.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS, RESTRICTIONS & TARIFFS
ShopAle is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, delays or other regulations that may apply in your country. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.

Seized Products
If for whatever reason your order is seized by your country's customs services, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition and inline with our return policy above.

Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our product collections that we sell, and all of the products go through stringent inspection processes to make sure that whatever product we ship out to the customer has passed our strict quality control inspection.

However accidents happen, and if you receive a damaged product, we are sorry about that. Please take a photograph of the damaged issue and notify us immediately and we will take care of the situation as soon as possible.
