We are proud to offer free international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, your country name will be missing in the checkout order form.

What is your delivery time? Please allow 12-21 business days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and all European Union Countries. (Usually, orders are delivered earlier than 21 business days) Thank you for your understanding.
THE REST OF THE WORLD
Please allow 12-25 business days for delivery to the rest of the world.
All international orders are sent via standard international shipping that is then passed onto your local postal service once the order arrives in your country. Delivery times can vary between 12-21 business days. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details in your email provided to us at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. After your order is processed and shipped, tracking code information is immediately sent to the email address you provided to us at checkout.
*All shipping times exclude clearance or customs delays. Unfortunately we can not help with the customer's country custom delays. (Order deliveries are usually smooth with western countries)

IMPORT & CUSTOMS DUTIES
We are not responsible for any custom and duty fees once the items have shipped. The customer is solely responsible for any import and custom duties in the customer's country. By purchasing products from www.ShopAle.store, you consent that packages shipped to you that incur custom duties are your sole responsibility to clear any custom fees if applicable when the goods arrive in your country.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES / Incorrect Address
*We are not liable if incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.
If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
